Symposium – Integrated Photonics and Quantum Applications
Following the success of the Quantum Photonics Symposium in March 2023, COPL, INTRIQ and RQMP are continuing their collaboration for a second edition, with two sponsors which are INO and the CERC in Light-Matter Interactions of Carlos Silva.
The Symposium – Integrated Photonics and Quantum Applications took place on November 5 at Laval University (Quebec). Leading experts in the field at the interface of nanophotonics, mid-infrared sensing, special materials and integrated systems propelling promising advances in the world of quantum science were presented to talk about sciences.
On the program, Gerd Leuchs, President of OPTICA 2024 and the Max Planck Institute for Light Sciences; Galan Moody, Professor of Computer and Electrical Engineering at the University of California Santa Barbara; Bhavin Shastri, Professor of Engineering Physics, Fellow, Centre for Nanophotonics, Queens University; Mercedeh Khajavikhan, Professor, Department of Computer and Electrical Engineering, USC Viterbi School of Engineering, University of Southern California; Jacob Bulmer, Quantum architect at Psi Quantum and Gordon Harling, president of CMC Microsystems.
All the costs were covered by COPL, INTRIQ, RQMP.
