The RQMP Grand Conference is the annual gathering of all our members and collaborators. It’s an opportunity to discuss materials science, foster collaborations, and celebrate the achievements of our members.
The 2026 edition will take place on June 12 at the University of Sherbrooke’s cultural centre. The theme of this edition was “At the Frontiers of Materials Engineering.”

Posters:
All participants are welcome to present their work through posters. To present a poster, please select “I present a poster” when registering. You will also be asked for the title of your poster. Don’t hesitate to participate, the top three posters will receive prizes ($$).
Transport:
A bus is scheduled to depart from the Montreal bus station (Berri-UQAM) at 7:30 a.m. on the morning of the conference. It will leave Sherbrooke at 6 p.m. for a return to Montreal, estimated at 8 p.m. To use this service, simply answer the question, “I use bus transport…” when you register for the event.
