This training will be delivered by Jean‑François Harvey, Ph.D.
Jean‑François Harvey is an Associate Professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at HEC Montréal. His research focuses on how individuals, teams, and organizations learn and adapt in uncertain contexts. His work has been published in Academy of Management Annals and Administrative Science Quarterly. He is the co‑author of Extreme Teaming with Amy C. Edmondson and has advised organizations around the world.
Jean‑François holds a Ph.D. from HEC Montréal, was a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley, and completed a two‑year postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Business School.
