For the year 2025-2026, the axis leaders have organized a very nice series of axis meetings for us. Finally, see you at the last axis meeting of the year : Light-Matter Interactions

What: Light-Matter Interactions axis meeting, organized by Stéphane Kéna-Cohen and David Cooke. 

When: on April 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..

When: at the Faculty Club of McGill University

How much: Free, This event, valued at approximately $50 per person, is entirely offered to you by the RQMP.

On the program :nine presentations from the student and postdoctoral community, on call for abstracts, and networking time to build and maintain your collaborations.

Feel free to submit your abstract to give an oral presentation on your research or a 20-minute tutorial on your research before Wednesday, April 15 at 5 p.m.

Registration deadline: Friday, April 17th at 5pm.

 

Important date :

  • Call for abstracts closes on Wednesday, April 15 at 5 p.m.
  • Registration closes on Friday, April 17 at 5 p.m.
  • Abstracts accepted for presentation will be announced on Monday, April 20.

 

Transportation from Sherbrooke : The bus or carpool trip (minimum 3 people per car) will be reimbursed. Carpooling will be arranged based on your responses in the registration form. The Limocar trip is free for Sherbrooke professors and reduced for Sherbrooke students and postdoctoral fellows, via the following link: https://limocar.betterez.com/cart/572ca2836aaf4d9618001f07. If you prefer to travel alone by car, the trip will not be reimbursed.
