The summer school is an open event accessible to the entire student and research community in materials science, from undergraduate to postdoctoral levels. Again, this year, the Advanced Materials Academy <\/strong>is joining the RQ\u00c9MP team in organizing the summer school. Over three days, the program will feature a wide range of talks covering the different research axes of the RQMP <\/strong>and will include two training sessions <\/strong>offered through the Academy\u2019s program. <\/strong>Professors from academia and experts from professional environments will share their expertise through a diverse series of presentations. Networking activities, a poster session, and a competition for the best student presentation will also be part of the program. This is the perfect opportunity to refine your presentation skills while having a chance to win a prize.<\/p>\n

The 2026 edition will take place at Bishop\u2019s University in Sherbrooke, <\/strong>from August 12 to 14, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Registration fees are $260 for participants requiring accommodation <\/strong>and $200 for those arranging their own lodging. <\/strong>These fees cover all planned activities, including talks, networking opportunities, round\u2011trip transportation between Montr\u00e9al and Sherbrooke, as well as meals. A receipt and a certificate of participation<\/strong> will be provided to facilitate reimbursement by your research group.<\/p>\n
