Again, this year,<strong> the Advanced Materials Academy <\/strong>is joining the RQ\u00c9MP team in organizing the summer school. Over three days, the program will feature a wide range of talks covering <strong>the different research axes of the RQMP <\/strong>and will include<strong> two training sessions <\/strong>offered through <strong>the Academy\u2019s program. <\/strong>Professors from academia and experts from professional environments will share their expertise through a diverse series of presentations. Networking activities, a poster session, and a competition for the best student presentation will also be part of the program. This is the perfect opportunity to refine your presentation skills while having a chance to win a prize.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The 2026 edition will take place at<strong> Bishop\u2019s University in Sherbrooke, <\/strong>from<strong> August 12 to 14, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>The registration fees are <strong>$260 for participants requiring accommodation<\/strong> and $<strong>200 for those arranging their own lodging.<\/strong> These fees cover all planned activities, including conferences, networking opportunities, round-trip transportation between Montreal and Sherbrooke, as well as meals. Payment must be made by Interac e-transfer to <strong>rqempexec@gmail.com<\/strong> no later than <strong>June 23<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A receipt and a certificate of participation<\/strong> will be provided to facilitate reimbursement by your research group.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Among our invited speakers, we are pleased to welcome:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\" data-mce-style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Claude Bourbonnais<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<em>Theory, magnetism, superconductivity, phase transitions<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Bill Baloukas<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<em>Experimental physics, thin\u2011film deposition, optical properties of materials<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Leonard R.
