His research focuses on how individuals, teams, and organizations learn and adapt in uncertain contexts. His work has been published in <em>Academy of Management Annals<\/em> and <em>Administrative Science Quarterly<\/em>. He is the co\u2011author of <em>Extreme Teaming<\/em> with Amy C.
