SUMMARY:Training workshops on the use of artificial intelligence tools
DESCRIPTION:Thanks to the initiative of Prof. Antonella Badia\, we are pleased to invite you to a series of two hands-on workshops on the use of generative artificial intelligence tools in your research and writing work in the field of materials. \nThese workshops are offered by the Library Service of the Université de Montréal. These activities are open to students from the Institut Courtois\, the Advanced Materials Academy and the RQMP. \nThe workshops will be offered in French\, with visual content available in English. Questions may also be asked in English. \nWorkshop 1 – Literature Search with Consensus – February 25\, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. This workshop will explore in depth the Consensus tool\, designed to facilitate and accelerate scientific literature search. \nWorkshop 2 – Using AI in Research with NotebookLM – March 23\, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. We will discuss how to leverage NotebookLM to structure\, analyze\, and synthesize your research information. \nBoth workshops will be offered in hybrid mode to allow Sherbrooke students to attend remotely. For those located at McGill\, Polytechnique Montréal and the Université de Montréal\, we invite you to participate in person. Coffee and snacks will be available on site. \nRegistration before March 20\, for the second workshop Inscription – Ateliers de formation sur l’utilisation d’outils d’intelligence artificielle – Remplir le formulaire
